Hotel Triton Union Square San Francisco

It's proximity to everything: shopping, restaurants, theatre, tansit systems, etc.

We had a pleasant stay at this trendy boutique hotel. The staff were attentive and hospitable, provided very good services.

Had a very comfortable stay for three nights, glad I've chosen it. The hotel staff was courteous and exceptional. The location was great and perfect, within a close distance from a modern art museum.

Location in the center of the city was a plus. Brilliantly helpful and extremely helpful staff was available all the time.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I also loved the location and the fact that they are extremely pet-friendly.

Small rooms, but expected for a downtown SF hotel.

The room had a mini refrigerator for convenience, but the staff were unhelpful.

the friendly hotel staff they are very welcoming (even if the badge of one staff member said Victoria Backham!!) Each evening there is a free wine hour between 5 and 6pm. They will get the Wii out if requested. There is an open fire in reception and the seating is very comfy next to it. Free coffee every morning also. Great location.

Room was a bit small and was noisey from air conditioning or some electrical equipment that was located next to the room.

The room was comfortable, the staff was excellent. I relied on the staff multiple times during my stay and I have to say they were very accommodating, fast to respond which made this one of my more enjoyable business trips.

I opened the window to get some fresh air but the noise of either air conditioners or a generator forced me to close it.

The location was AMAZING, steps from Chinatown and Union Square! The room was cozy, but the bathroom was tiny. A great stay 😊

Perfectly pleasant stay, as always. Lovely little hotel located in the center of San Francisco. Friendly efficient staff, good service, incredible views. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a writing table, an iron, and a telephone in the room. Comfortable location, a short walk to everywhere. Also, easy to get to a shopping plaza.

The location is fantastic, right by Chinatown, and the room was cozy despite being small. The happy hour with cookies and wine was a fun touch!

Unique artwork throughout the hotel adds a vibrant touch, capturing the local culture. The cafe at the corner offers a great option for quick bites and the entry to a bustling Chinatown across the street is fantastically convenient for exploring.

Rooms feel cramped. The lack of a microwave is a drawback for those wanting to heat up leftovers, and limited breakfast seating often leads to awkward waits and could use some improvement in guest etiquette. Noise from nearby streets can also be bothersome, depending on your tolerance.

Romeo the dog and the staff were super friendly. The free wine hour from 5-6 was nice, although the wine was so-so.

The rooms are tiny. I was upgraded to a suite (just a very large room) which was nice, but even in the suite the bathroom sink was so tiny it made for difficulty shaving, etc. Aveda products are nice, but I was missing shampoo.
